How long does my order take to ship?

As soon as we receive your order we will package and ship it, you will receive tracking details from NZ Couriers via email as soon as it’s picked up by the courier and it should arrive to you within a few days. Rural addresses may take a little longer.

What are your shipping rates?

We currently ship to both residential and rural addresses across New Zealand and shipping is calculated at the checkout.

Do you offer international shipping? 

Our website doesn’t support international shipping directly at the moment. However, we’re happy to explore international orders with you.

What is your return policy? 

If you are unhappy with your product, please contact us and we will ensure to rectify whatever it is. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us. Always.

Tallow and changing temperatures

It is important to mention that our products, being oil-based and natural are sensitive to temperature. We keep them controlled during the formulation process and during storage here at Leaf, but once they are out on their way to you there is a chance that temperatures may fluctuate and slightly change the texture of the product. This however does not change its efficacy.

If your product arrives a little softer than anticipated due to warmer temperatures during transit, store it in a cool place and allow it to firm up again before use. Tallow is solid and stable at room temperature, so our products are happy sitting anywhere in your home and do not require refrigeration. Do however try to keep our whipped products (Rich & Gentle Creams) out of direct sun. These two products have minimal ingredients and therefore are a little more heat sensitive than our Salve & Lip Balm which contain beeswax.
